So what are teenagers doing on the internet these days? Garry Tan decided to find out by surveying 1,038 people aged between 13-18 and 19-25 on how often they use services such asFacebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Snapchat. And the answer might just surprise you.

Based on the feedback, Tumblr was found to be the most used site with 59% of all respondents reported using Tumblr regularly, while only 54% reported using Facebook regularly. As for Facebook, 55% of those aged 13-18 reported using the social network regularly.

Then there's Snapchat, photo-sharing app that lets you set how long the recipient can view a picture for. This app was found to be more appealing to the younger generation, with 13% of those aged 13-18 reporting using it regularly (only 4% of respondents aged 19-25 reported using Snapchat regularly).
