If you haven't tried adding red papaya to your diet, here's a reason to start: this succulent fruit is one of the few foods that contains lycopene, a nutrient that studies show is remarkably effective at both preventing and combating the spread of cancer. Lycopene spurs your body’s cancer-fighting defenses at the cellular level. It also prevents the DNA and lipid damage that allows cancer to spread.
On top of putting you at risk of a cardiac arrest, there's also plenty of anecdotal evidence to suggest that a big piece of juicy steak will make you happy. Now, there's scientific proof of that, and according to this new study, consumption of red meat halves the risk of depression.

A good way is to just stick to fresh juice for about two to three days so that your body will receive the essential vitamins and nutrients to keep it going.
